OH MY GOD, IT IS.

It's like the bad boy of TV shows... It has a reputation for being all shocking and gritty and stuff, but it has so, so much heart. There are so many moments in that show that make me want to weep. And I don't think there's a single character who I really dislike.

Yeah it totally shocked me at first XD I was like whoa...this is like a raunchier Degrassi

But man, I love it. Only seen the third season though (mmmmm Emily and Naomi <3) so I don't really feel connected to the original cast...but I will definitely watch the first and second seasons sometime!

That's so true! Oooh, I'm only up to the second season... Yay for stuff to look forward to!!

You know what's also a fantastic show? Bones! My mother watches it every week, but I've only started to get into it recently. Last week's episode was about a transgender pastor. This week, it's Angela's secret past with another woman. From what I've seen, Bones is good at sensitive, likeable portrayals of characters from all walks of life, so I have high hopes for this storyline.

OOOOH! I was wondering when those Bones episodes were going to air! I try and follow every lesbian storyline on every show (that's how I got into Skins ) and yeah...heard about Angela on Bones and a woman called Roxie x)

So it's airing this week? Awesomeeeeeee. I've been waiting for ages I'll watch it, though I'm not really into Bones as a show XD But oh wells, a lesbian storyline is a lesbian storyline, and who knows, I might get into it!

Have you been following the Home and Away lesbian storyline? I think it's bloody adorable!

Eh?? Home and Away has a lesbian storyline? Woooow, I did not know that! That's awesome, considering that Australian TV shows tend to steer clear of homosexuality a lot.

So are there any other lesbian storylines happening at the moment that I don't know about? XD

I spend so much of my time watching gender-bending Japanese women ([link] Wataru, the one playing a guy, can take me down the Nile in her boat any time she wants, hurhurhur) that I keep forgetting to watch normal TV. Eheh. I am trying to spread Takarazuka love. Seriously, no matter how much they try and deny it/pretend to be something else, that theatre company offers nothing but thinly-veiled girl/girl fantasies. It's great! And it doesn't hurt that pretty much everyone in the company is HOT! ^__^

There's a lesbian storyline on Grey's Anatomy...well actually there were two this season; Callie and Erica, and now Callie and Arizona...except Australia needs to catch up to the US in that regard I've been downloading the episodes since September last year, haha. Australia is a bit behind.

Other than those...can't really think of any other lesbian storylines. I shall watch the Bones one

Sweet! Hmm... *squints* The girl on the right looks familiar. I'm sure I've seen her in another show! So what is Charlie and Joey's story thus far?

OOOH, I had heard a little about Callie and Erica, but I didn't know that Callie had someone else! I've never really managed to get into Grey's Anatomy, which is a pity. :/ The one show with a lesbian storyline that I reeeally love is Sugar Rush, which I watched on Youtube. It's hilarious and adorable and poignant. ^__^

LOL, I study Japanese at uni and I still don't understand. XD; As far as I can tell, the pair are going to elope together in a boat when the moon is full. The most important part of the video is from 1:24 onwards, with a particularly close moment at 2:20. It's not exactly racy, but since I am a hopeless romantic, I appreciate the hand-holding and general warm/fuzzy closeness. LOVE! *shuts up*

So basically, Joey (on the right) got raped and Charlie helped her, cause she's a cop. She invited Joey to stay with her because Joey's brother kicked her out when she told him she's gay. So then they both start developing feelings for one another but Charlie was scared since...she never thought she was gay. They got together eventually but a few episodes ago, Charlie got freaked out from homophobia against them and slept with some guy and now they're all raaa and buggered up I hope they work it out *sigh*. Yeah, Callie and Erica was awesome...but then the stupid people at ABC America decided to fire Brooke Smith (who plays Erica) out of the blue, and that was the end of that relationship >.> Then more recently, Callie and Arizona get together. They're cute too :3

I've heard of Sugar Rush! Been meaning to check it out. And Hollyoaks, I think that one has lesbians in it too! All English I think? England sure loves their lesbians

AHA, that explains it! Hehe, I loved Blue Water High. Would have been better if the writers hadn't tried to pair off each girl and guy. XD;

Oh no! I really Charlie and Joey get back together. They look so cute together. *_* And it would be so nice to have a lesbian couple on Australian TV. The storyline sounds a little like the one in the movie Clara's Summer. Clara sleeps with a guy to try and prove to herself that she's not gay, but it doesn't have the desired effect... So she ends up admitting to herself that she is gay and gets together with another adorable French girl.

You're right about the English. *grins* Tipping the Velvet, Skins, Sugar Rush, Hollyoaks. Man, I should just move to England! Sugar Rush has made me fall in love with Brighton. XD

Hehe, kiss scenes in Takarazuka shows are awesome. The actresses have this way of tilting their heads so that it looks like they are kissing when, in actual fact, they are not. Some actresses have the most amazing chemistry, though!

Awww, I'm really sorry to hear about your emotional garbage. Unfortunately, I can sympathise. >_< My girl (I don't even know if I can call her that... x_x) is in Japan for a year, and I'm not actually sure what's happening... So there is lots of emotional garbage on my part.

On a happier note... I realised yesterday that an assignment that I thought was due on Monday is actually due the week after. Woot!
